Peppers

We had stuffed peppers for the third time this season. My 8 Fat n' Sassy peppers have churned out 30 large, green bell peppers so far. There are plenty of others that are right behind them. If only I had the restraint to let them fully ripen to red...

Also this week, my first cayenne pepper has ripened. This plant is growing in a one gallon container (the one I bought it in) in front of the house. For such a neglected plant, it is highly productive. It looks like I will be making some hot pepper flakes this year after all.
